Here's a 4 bedroom duplex bungalow style house design with front and corner view. This 4 BHK, south facing house has four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sitting room, drawing room, dining room, kitchen, one temple, a store room and covered car parking, front open space, ground floor verandah and balcony.
The modern Indian style duplex bungalow has been designed for a plot size of approx 3,209 sq ft. The ground floor has a built up area of approx 1442 sq ft, and the first floor built up size is approx 1539 sq ft. The two storey south facing house has all the amenities and utility space which is desired by an Indian family.
The ground floor of this bungalow has plenty of open space in front and side. There are two entrances, one main gate for the car and another smaller gate for quick entry to the house. The three step staircase leads to the covered verandah and the main door.
The moment you enter the house, there is a small visitor room, and next to it is a spacious living room to host 10-12 people. Next is the dining area and adjacent to it another verandah on the right hand side, and to the left is a common bathroom and a provision for a wash basin near the common bathroom. Next to it, on the right hand side, there is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom, and to the left is a good sized kitchen with access to a separate store room. We have kept a temple room near the kitchen.

Any design you select can be customized and changed, as per your requirements as long as the plot size, layout and orientation are same. Customization is limited to minor adjustments, without altering the structure and orientation of the design.
If you feel you require major changes, then ordering a fully customized house plan and design will make more sense.
What if I need some changes in building elevation as well?
You can ask for minor adjustments here and there and we can make those changes as needed.
How long does it take to deliver the completed house plan set?

Do you follow building codes when designing house plans?
Different cities and states may have different building codes and guidelines. We take good care of standard process, but if your local states or municipality have any specific building code, you should share that with us, and we will keep that in mind while designing or customizing a pre-built house plan and design.
Do you offer site visit and supervision services?
We do not offer site visit and site supervision services. But, we may help you connect you to independent architects and site supervisors in select cities.
Do you take contract for building construction?
