This two floor house plan offers all of the common amenities and features 3 bedrooms, 1 study room, 3 bathrooms, car parking and open terrace with potted planters. We have also kept provision for front landscaping.
The ground floor of the house which has a built up area of approx 954 sq ft features a living room and a separate dining hall. We have provided a good size modern Indian kitchen with a separate wash area and a hand wash basin near the dining area. The master bedroom at the back has an attached bathroom. We have also provided a one study or library room which can be converted into a home office or can be used as a guest room, because there is a common bathroom close to it.
One the ground floor, we have kept Front open space and provision for landscaping and sit out area. There is an open car parking space that can be used to park cars as well as bikes and scooty as per needs.
The staircase is placed inside the house as this house is being constructed for family and there is no rental objective. The staircase leads to the first floor of the house which has nearly the same built up area like the ground floor.

You can ask for minor adjustments here and there and we can make those changes as needed.
How long does it take to deliver the completed house plan set?
