Unlike fixed "menu pricing", Houseyog follows a scope-based pricing model, similar to how professional architectural firms work in India.
Your final design cost depends on:
- Plot size & dimensions
- Number of floors (G, G+1, G+2..)
- Type of project (house, marriage hall, commercial, etc.)
- Level of drawings required (planning only vs execution-ready set)
This ensures:
- You pay only for what you actually need
- Your drawings are build-ready, not generic
- No surprises after design work starts

These are entry-level reference prices to help you get a rough idea (typically for a ~1000 sq ft single-storey residential building):
- Basic house floor plan (space planning): from Rs. 4,499 onwards
- House plan + 3D elevation: from Rs. 8,000 onwards
- Essential drawing set (plan + elevation + structure): from Rs. 15,000 onwards
- All-in-one architectural drawing set (plan, structure, working drawings, electrical, plumbing & drainage): from Rs. 21,000 onwards

Design scope may include:

A basic house floor plan at Houseyog starts from Rs. 4,499. The final cost depends on plot size, floors, and drawing details required.
Why does pricing change for similar plot sizes?
Two plots of the same size may have different:

- Local bylaws
- Drawing depth required for execution
That's why pricing is scope-based, not flat.
Do you charge per square foot?
We use built-up area or design area, but clients are quoted a clear project price, not confusing per-sq-ft math.
Can I start with just a floor plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start with planning and later add structural drawings, working drawings, services drawings as needed. Your earlier work is always reused - you don't pay twice.
Do you help with marriage hall or commercial projects?
Yes. We handle end-to-end architectural drawings for marriage halls and commercial buildings, including feasibility-based planning.
Do you help with approvals?
We don't directly handle approvals, but we design drawings as per local building rules and make revisions if required for approval.
How long does the design process take?
Planning & layout: ~7–10 working days. Complete drawing set: ~2–3 weeks. But, it depends on scope of work and feedback cycles.
