If you already know that you want to start construction around October or November, the monsoon months can be used to work through the floor plan, architectural design, budget, structural and MEP requirements, financing and approvals. By the time the weather improves, you can be ready to move into construction instead of starting the planning process from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
